The Kitchen is super functional: features a gas range, large refrigerator/freezer and large basin sink. It has plenty of pull out storage in the pantry (to hide all the poolside snacks). Near the bar area, the kitchen features a beverage/wine fridge and second freezer. Countertops are impervious to stains, so maintenance is a breeze. The large picture window at the sink overlooks the pool area so the cook never has to feel separated from the fun.
The exterior pool and spa area feel like an extension of the interior, especially at night (each desert plant is seductively up-lit). The property's backyard is fully private. The pool features a Baja shelf for lounging, congregating, and cooling down.
The Backyard features a citrus grove with grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime trees which can be used to squeeze freshly made cocktails by the pool. The home also has a screened outdoor shower with beautiful mountain views, a private outdoor urinal, and a pool accessible bathroom.
The Pool Area features outdoor dining for 12 and a glamorous outdoor queen daybed for hotel-style lounging. The pool area also features unique desert landcaping and 7 standard outdoor chaise sun lounges.
